Testing Officials
I recently had a client from centurion. Now this guy wasnt bad to begin with.He has been driving for quite some time already and tried getting his license before.
On one sunday afternoon I met Charl.One of the nicest people that I have ever come across.He did about 10 lessons with me and I took him for his test in Mabopane.He did very well in his parking with 32/50 but he rolled backwards doing the incline start.This happens to alot of people.So I booked him a test in Three Rivers.
After doing 2 more lessons and 1 week later we do his test and he fails on observations.The testing official said that he needs to check his blindspot once when moving and again before turning.He was penalized severely with 66/50,and keep in mind that the same guy got 32/50 at another testing station a week before.So,we booked again.
2 Weeks and no lessons later we are back at Three Rivers.Luckily another Official is conducting the test.Charl passed this time with a remarkable 0/50 and he did everything exactly the same in all 3 of his tests.Now my question is : Is this a racist act,is it corruption or is it the fact that these "officials" realy dont know how ? Or is it all of the above
